Project Bubble is an easy-to-use, simple and free project management tool that is ideal for small businesses and freelancers.

Hi, I'm Stu the lead developer and founder of Project Bubble. I wanted to build a system for managing my projects and invoices that was really easy to use and really simple. I never really got on with the other project management systems out there so I just built my own.

I wanted to build a system that focused on usability and ease-of-use, because when managing projects there's nothing more frustrating than having to use a system that is confusing, clumsy and over-complicated. That is how Bubble came to be and since launching I've found a lot of you who believe the same.

  • Easily Manage Projects
    Simply drag and drop the projects in the order of priority that works for you, and use the 'traffic light' status to flag importance.
  • Set Milestones with Tasks
    Assign Tasks to a project with due dates and billable time. You can even assign tasks to your collaborators.
  • Share and Collaborate
    Invite staff, friends and clients to your projects to share information or assign tasks.
  • Invoice for Your Projects
    When you have finished a project just create an invoice for it with a few clicks, then get a PDF invoice generated for you.
  • Get Paid Through PayPal
    Have your client click the "Make Payment" button and then get your invoice paid straightaway. No hassle.
  • Manage Companies and Contacts
    Upload your companies and let Project Bubble tell you which clients are active and need your attention.
  • Send Estimates
    Easily build estimates for projects. Send them to your clients for approval.
