The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Project Bubble LLC. Project Bubble LLC has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s Program Requirements and the TRUSTed Cloud Program Requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through this Web site, projectbubble.com, and through the Project Bubble service. It does not cover information that may be collected through our any mobile applications or through Offline venues. What we collect

The Project Bubble service may collect and store information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individual third parties whose personal data may be entered into the Service. If you wish to terminate your account you can do so by emailing us at accounts@projectbubble.com from the email address that you signed up with. Once we receive this email, providing the email matches your login details, we will terminate your account and any data relating to that account, such as projects and invoices. Please note that there is no undo to this procedure.

We will retain personal data on behalf of our Clients for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide services to our Clients. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Project Bubble has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data may be entered into the Project Bubble service by a Client. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to Project Bubble’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests Project Bubble to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.

How we use cookies
