What's included in the Free plan?
We pretty much give you everything you need to get organized, for free. Unlimited projects, unlimited clients, unlimited storage and up to 5 users. Once you need more than 5 users, or you want to unlock more features of Project Bubble, e.g. User Roles, then simply choose a plan.
Are there any long term contracts on the Standard plan?
No, there are no long term contracts on the Standard plan. You just pay month to month. It's easy to sign up, easy to change the number of users you need, and easy to cancel at any time.
Is there a free trial?
No, you don't need a free trial. Simply sign up to the Free plan to get started and then just choose a plan whenever you're ready. The Free plan will never expire and is free forever!
What does 'Our Branding' and 'Unbranded' mean?
On the Free plan we will place a "Powered by Project Bubble" at the bottom of emails and on reports. This is removed on the Standard and Enterprise plans.
What is the difference between a 'Guest' and a 'User'?
A user is basically anyone with a login to the system. Guests are users too, however guests have read-only permissions and can't make changes to projects or tasks. They can however view progress, make comments and upload files.
What are 'User Roles'?
With the Standard and Enterprise plans you will be able to set up roles, e.g. Administrator, Team Manager, Project Manager, Task Manager and Collaborator, which have different permission settings. For example, Administrators can see all projects and set up the company, Collaborators can only see the projects and tasks that they are assigned to and won't be able to see users outside of their team. There are also other permission settings available to those on the Standard and Enterprise plans.
What is the storage limit for my files?
There are no storage limits on any of the plans, so you can store as much data as you like. We do however have a 100MB limit per file.
What if we need more than 100 users?
If your organization has over 100 users then we would need to put you on the Enterprise plan which is suited to larger organizations.
What does the Enterprise plan offer?
The Enterprise plan has lots of added benefits like a custom domain, our branding removed from the interface, hardware scalability options and a dedicated account manager. Get in touch with us for more information and pricing.
Can I get back on the Free plan or downgrade?
Yes you can, but you will be limited to the number of users that can use the platform. Users that signed up beyond your quota will not be able to log in and you might lose the use of some features. You can downgrade from the pricing page, or to get back on the Free plan just cancel your subscription from the Cancel Account page.
What about security? How safe is my data?
Your data is stored and backed up daily by a trusted and well known 3rd party, Rackspace. All of your data is securly saved on servers provided by Rackspace and they use state of the art technology, 24 hour surveillance and world class firewall. Also your sessions are encrypted with a 256-bit Thwate SSL certificate, on all plans. We have been Thawte certified for cloud privacy.
Can I download or backup my data?
Yes, you can download or backup your data at any time by just clicking on My Company and Backup Data. We also offer an API for you to download custom segments of your data in various formats (e.g. CSV, JSON or XML).
Is there a mobile app?
Yes we have an iPhone app available in the App Store for managing your projects and tasks on-the-go. We also have a mobile version of Project Bubble that has been optimized for iPhone, Android and iPad mobile devices. Just visit your subdomain and you'll be automatically directed to our mobile version. You can also add the site to your Home screen and it will operate the same as an app.
