Testimonial of the Month

October

Our latest testimonial comes from a PR firm called The Content Factory.

"Project Bubble has been the best thing to happen to my business.

As the owner of The Content Factory, a web content/social media/online PR firm, I manage dozens of freelance writers at a time. Prior to Project Bubble, keeping track of individual due dates and draft deadlines was driving me crazy. My day planner was packed, my e-mail inbox was a disaster and staying organized required constant effort.

From the minute I found Project Bubble, my work days have been less stressful. The system sends out an e-mail to my team of writers as assignments become available, and the first person to comment gets dibs on the work. It's ridiculously simple.

Project Bubble keeps track of upcoming deadlines for me, and I'm able to see which assignments are claimed, due and submitted at a glance. It's saved me a ton of time, which I'm able to put to use finding new clients.

The best part? Whenever my writers have had any trouble, PB's support staff was able to resolve the issues within 48 hours. In an industry where meeting deadlines matters, those hours are important.

Thanks for everything you guys do!

Kari"

The key for me was to have something that was ultra simple, without Gantt charts or complicated File Management systems. I just wanted to know which projects were active, and be able to send invoices off them when they were completed.

I felt Project Management and Invoicing went hand in hand, so when thinking about building simple project management software I decided that I would combine both invoicing and project management - it was essential.
