Multiple User Feature Live!

Invite your whole company!
You can now invite multiple users to share your projects, tasks, clients, estimates and invoices.
We have been hard at work with this feature and because of the huge demand for it we moved it from the bottom of the roadmap to the top.
Basically the major difference now is you can gain full control over the permission sets for your collaborators and staff. For example you may want to bring your accountant in to view your invoices but not your clients or projects. You may want to bring a sub-contractor in to view projects, but not your invoices. Perhaps you want to give another project manager in your team full access to be able to create and assign their own tasks, plus access the client data.
This is now all possible with the multiple user feature (referred to recently as 'Company Accounts'). All you need to do is log in with your administrator account (the one you first signed up with), and click on the new Users tab.
Free Trials
If you signed up to Bubble over a month ago and want to try the Multiple User feature out, then contact us and we will happily extend your trial by 14 days so you can try it out.
Otherwise all new members can try this feature out for 30 days and add up to 5 users.
Pricing
There are new pricing plans with this new update.
- 10 Users: You can add up to 10 users for $19 per month
- Unlimited Users: Companies can get unlimited users for $49 per month
- Single User: We have kept the single user plan for $7 per month
Free members will not be affected.
Other cool stuff we're planning
We obviously plan to improve the multiple user functionality over time, but remember the point of Bubble is always to keep things simple so that we can keep the edge on the competition that has overcomplicated and bloated systems.
Some features we are still considering are a branded version, white label solution (which will be available on request), and further permissions - such as the ability for clients to view all their previous invoices.
API and iPhone App
Yes, we're still working on the API and iPhone app. It went on hold recently because of the multiple-user version (Company Accounts), but now we are back on to it. We'll keep you posted on this.
Thank you everyone for your support, and I hope that you're enjoying using this new feature which I personally believe puts Project Bubble on a par with some of the top online project management applications out there.

I must say, i really like your product.
It'd be great if we could create projects/tasks through e-mail.
As a web design company we constantly get client e-mails that need to be turned into tasks. Well, its a huge pain and time waster to copy and download files from e-mail, then upload them to any project mgmt system.
that would be an awesome feature.

Building on what Armando said, I think your focus should be connecting to Google Apps. The marketplace is really proving to be a great place for new well developed apps to bubble to the top. I've been looking for a basecamp alternative as there is no connection between Google Apps and Basecamp and their prices are too high for a plan with time tracking. People keep asking basecamp about it through their support site but they don't listen.

I am loving bubble so far, are there any plans for the future to include delegation of tasks to users? Also, is there an API planned at all, or any scopr for integration with other services such as billing apps etc?

Having recently found this site because I wanted a Basecamp alternative, I have to say it's blown me away with the quality. I'd also add that an Android App would be great seeing as I've just put my iPhone in the bin.
Got loads of ideas too, hope you've got plenty of programmers there!

Moray: hey and welcome - you can already delegate tasks to users, just make sure they are invited to the project you are working for. And yes, API is on the way!
Andy: glad you are loving Bubble. Yes bring on your ideas. The Android App will probably get built once the iPhone app is launched.
