So what's new? ...lots basically. I'll cut to the chase and tell you what the new features are. Hope you enjoy using them!
- Guest comments means you can let your clients comment on your public project page (click on the magnifying glass next to the project) as well as be able to track the progress and updates of your project.
- Duplicate invoices simply click the options button on the invoice then you can create an exact copy of the invoice, just like with projects. Simple.
- PDF attachments in emails lets you fire off invoices and estimates without requiring your client to visit the website to get the PDF
- Convert estimate to invoice by clicking on the options button in the Estimates page. This feature is useful for those who have an approved estimate that they want to turn in to an invoice.
- Company Details now show underneath the main company address in your invoices and estimates. So you can use this for things like email, telephone number or tax information. You can edit these from the My Account page.
- Improved Logo Resizing intelligently works out the best way to resize your logo so it will always look good.
Plus the usual round of bug fixes and speed increases.

Your clients and collaborators can now subscribe to your project via RSS. This can be really useful if you want to track the updates to a project through your feed reader, mobile or browser without needing to receive email notifications.
Just go to your public project page (magnifying glass) then click on Subscribe.
The updates that are posted to the feed are project comments, and new tasks. We'll make the feed more clever over time (with things like updates to tasks and task comments), but we thought for now we'd just keep it simple.
Enjoy!

It's official! We're moving to solid Rackspace Cloud servers!
That basically means we going to be sitting on very reliable servers based in Virginia, US. The company that will provide our server will be a reputable firm called Rackspace who have been around a while.
One major advantage of the hardware we are planning on using is that it uses "Cloud hosting" which means that if one server goes down another will take it's place. For you that means pretty much 100% uptime (apart from scheduled maintenance). It has other advantages aswell such as speed and security.
It's another step that we are taking to provide you with a reliable, solid and amazing project management and invoicing experience.
OK, when!?
We are planning to migrate on May 1st 2010. So please be aware that there will be downtime that weekend as we move everything over. Because it's the weekend, and because we will plan the downtime for evenings - you should be ok.
It's also a bank holiday weekend so hopefully you will all be away having fun in the sun, while we sit in front of command prompts :-)
We will make sure your data is backed up and secure. You will not lose any data and everything should be all up and running for the following Monday, with shiny new and fast servers!

We just added the new Facebook Like widget to our blog.
If you've been following the Facebook news at their recent event you will know about this widget that allows you to easily integrate the same "Like" functionality that you see on Facebook profiles and pages on to your blog. So, we thought we'd do it too!

A while ago I put up a poll to ask whether a 'white label' branded version of Project Bubble would be useful to you. The outcome of that poll was that a lot of you would use this feature. I decided to shelve it for future development at that time and focus on the current single user version of Project Bubble.
However, many of you have privately contacted me requesting this feature so because of the enormous demand I have decided to put it on the development roadmap.

So that you can see what is officially bubbling, we've posted our Development Roadmap (which is basically a public project that we update often) for you all to see and comment on.
You can request other features, or suggest that things be moved up in order of priority if you feel that's necessary.
As you know we listen to you all in terms of what you want from Bubble, and a lot of these features come from you. However there are other features that we just wanted to release anyway because we feel they are going to be really beneficial in making the app smoother, easier and also more powerful.
The public project is viewable here, so check it out and let us know what you think.
