Our Story

“I used to run a very active and busy web design business with many clients. I was finding that I often had too many projects going on at the same time and wanted to be able to view them all at the same time and prioritize them on a screen just as you would in your head. However there was no online tool out there for doing this so I decided to build my own tool. After inviting a small group of beta testers to try out the new software we soon grew to a userbase of 5000 users in just 3 months, it seemed apparent that lots of small businesses and freelancers shared my same need for such a tool.

In 2010 we kept on adding new features, such as CRM functionality, multiple-user project assignment, the ability to discuss projects and upload files and more. By 2011 it had grown in to a very powerful online project management tool with nearly 10,000 users, however the same ethos that it was built on remained the same - simple project management that gets the job done.”

Project Bubble is about keeping things simple and not going overboard with loads of features. We want your team (and your clients) to be able to learn the system in under 5 minutes without the need for heavy training. You shouldn't need to spend hours learning a project management system because the whole point of it is to save you and your company time and money.
